What is BookLogica?
BookLogica is a booking system that lets businesses create their own online booking page for appointments, rentals, restaurants and one-time events. Customers book directly with your business while you stay in control of your customers and calendar.
Do I need technical knowledge to use BookLogica?
No. BookLogica is designed for business owners without technical skills. Connect your Google Calendar, configure your services and start accepting bookings.
Can customers pay through BookLogica?
BookLogica currently does not process customer payments. We focus on a reliable two-way email confirmation process that keeps booking simple for customers and helps businesses avoid unconfirmed reservations. After a booking is confirmed, you can handle payment your own way, for example in person, by invoice, or by sending your own payment link through a payment provider.
How does BookLogica use Google Calendar?
Your Google Calendar remains your operational calendar. Confirmed bookings appear automatically, availability updates stay synchronized and blocked calendar times prevent new bookings.
How do I temporarily block bookings?
To block unavailable time, create a new event in your Google Calendar and write BLOCK as the event title, and select the Full-day event option. For multiple days, use the same procedure and choose the start and end dates. Save the event and your booking availability updates automatically. If you need to define a break during a business day, create a Google Calendar event, write PAUSE as the event title, and choose the start and end time. We recommend using 15-minute intervals, for example 09:15 - 09:45. This works for Appointments, Rentals and Restaurants.
How does BookLogica organize multiple services?
If you offer only a few services, customers see them directly. For larger service collections, BookLogica automatically organizes services into categories to keep booking simple.
What types of rentals are supported on the platform?
Our system is optimized for same-day rentals, such as bicycles, kayaks, tools etc. Please note that we currently do not support multi-day bookings, overnight rentals, or hospitality accommodations like hotels, rooms, and car rentals.
Does BookLogica support holidays and different time zones?
Yes. BookLogica supports holiday settings, multiple languages and automatic timezone handling for customers and businesses.
Why is there a security verification on booking forms?
A short security verification helps protect booking forms from automated misuse and keeps the booking experience reliable for real customers.
